Cleansing & Skincare Routine
No. While the Mild Face Cleanser is extremely gentle, it is not formulated to dissolve the waxes and pigments found in mascara or long-wear eye makeup. We recommend using a dedicated eye makeup remover for those areas to avoid excessive rubbing, which can irritate the delicate skin around the eyes and lead to fine lines.
Yes, for a perfect "Double Cleanse." If you wear makeup or sunscreen, we recommend using Exfoliating Cleansing Cream to remove makeup and sunscreen. Then use Mild Face Cleanser to deep-clean your pores and any residue. Using both ensures your skin is perfectly prepped for next step of your skincare routine.
How to Use & Safety
Use 2 to 3 pumps for your entire face and neck both morning and night. Massage onto damp skin in gentle, circular motions. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. If wearing face makeup, remove makeup using Exfoliating Cleansing Cream. Then double cleanse with Mild Face Cleanser.
Yes, you can use our Mild Face Cleanser if you're pregnant or nursing. However, skin can become more sensitive during this time, so we recommend doing a patch test before full use to ensure compatibility. As always, consult with your healthcare provider for personalized advice.
