Yes, for face makeup. The cream base effectively dissolves daily grime, oils, and face makeup. We always recommend “double cleansing” with our Mild Face Cleanser afterwards.

No. You should avoid the eyes. While the jojoba beads are rounded and gentle, they are not intended for the delicate eye area or for removing mascara. Getting the beads inside your eyes can cause irritation. We recommend using eye makeup remover, then use Exfoliating Cleansing Cream to remove your face makeup.

As you massage them, they gently "give way" and soften under the warmth of your skin. They don't stay hard and abrasive; they essentially "crush away" gently to lift dead skin cells without any risk of scratching or redness.

Because our jojoba beads are perfectly round and designed to soften as you use them, they lack the hardness to "tear" or scratch.
